Making art is a life long journey , a life long search , for an answer to an unknown question .There are promises, and there are pitfalls , but best of all there are some days that are wonderfully surprising .Sometimes you turn a corner and find the unexpected , days when out of no where , you find an image that did not ever exist , before , but which now has its own place in the world .Those are the days that make me smile.

Feeling the love

We spent some time looking for someone who could produce some solid wooden frames to mount our medals in. James, listened carefully to what we wanted and made us the exact high-quality frame we needed. Since then, we re-order every couple of weeks including some complex bespoke frames. We have been working together for about 10 years and I couldn’t recommend The Framing Centre highly enough.

Artmill Gallery & Framing Centre are our go to framers for The Arts Institute, University of Plymouth. They have a particular empathy for artists requirements and always produce work to the highest quality. Many of our exhibiting artists have been so impressed with the outcome that they go on to use Artmill for all their work.
