Born in Surrey, he studied both art and music in London. After 30 years a musician he moved to Devon where he followed a career in painting. His work has been shown at the Royal West of England Academy, Plymouth City Art Gallery and the Penwith Gallery. In 2012 he was awarded the SWAc Lionel Aggett painting prize.
He is presently a trustee of the South West Academy and a member of the Plymouth Society of Artists. His paintings are abstract, mostly in acrylic and are inspired by landscape.
We spent some time looking for someone who could produce some solid wooden frames to mount our medals in.
